Whether they are from the sea, such as swordfish, anchovies or octopus, or whether they are from the land, such as rolls, bowler bowls and meatballs, the ready-made second courses of the Apulian tradition are really appetizing! And they go well with our typical vegetables, the vegetables from our gardens. And how can we not talk about cheeses? Let's just say two words: burrata and stracciatella!
