Paccherri with octopus ragout
A delicious, full-bodied octopus ragout makes any pasta recipe truly irresistible, mouth-watering! The octopus is cooked very slowly with tomato and seasonings. At the end of cooking, it is tender and flavourful. We suggest accompanying it with our fresh paccheri, which with their porous texture will hold all the sauce and will be perfect for holding the octopus tentacles inside.
